Business Integrity in Action: Zero Tolerance for Corruption – Forum

13.11.2024

On December 9, the UN Global Compact Ukraine, together with USAID and UK International Development, invite to the forum Business Integrity in Action: Zero Tolerance for Corruption, held as part of the Promoting Integrity in the Public Sector Activity (Pro-Integrity).

Why is it important?

Each year, corruption costs the world over $2.6 trillion (or 5% of global GDP). It remains one of the largest barriers to foreign investment in Ukraine and undermines investor confidence, complicating international cooperation and limiting access to international financial assistance for the country’s recovery.

Integrity, accountability, and transparency are more than just values; they are essential principles for responsible business conduct and embody the “build back better” approach.

On December 9, in cooperation with Pro-Integrity, funded by USAID and UK International Development, we will hold a forum dedicated to the International Anti-Corruption Day

The forum will bring together representatives from government, business, and the civic sector to discuss how companies can not only endure but also strengthen their reputations amid full-scale war by upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
