Ukraine Business Compact (UBC) — a global platform connecting businesses committed to Ukraine’s recovery and modernization.

Ukraine Business Compact was officially launched at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London by the Government of Ukraine in collaboration with the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). Today, the UN Global Compact Ukraine, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine is the host of the UBC platform.

Over 750 companies from more than 50 countries have already signed the UBC, reaffirming their commitment to sustainable recovery in Ukraine. The total market capitalization of these companies exceeds $5.2 trillion. In 2025, businesses from the United Kingdom, Norway, the United States, South Korea, the Czech Republic, and other countries joined the initiative.

UBC is founded on four key principles:

  • Accelerating the green transition and inclusive growth in line with international sustainability standards;
  • Responsible business conduct — upholding human rights, fostering inclusive practices, and combating corruption;
  • Corporate governance best practices — facilitating knowledge exchange, fostering transparency, and enhancing the business environment;
